Founded in 2001 and operating as IHB Homes, LLC, the studio designs and builds move-in-ready custom homes across the Kansas City metro on both sides of the state line. Each home is organized around an open main volume, a stone or oak hearth, and an owner's suite that opens to a spa bath, with granite countertops, hardwood floors, and a full stainless package included from the start rather than added at the design center.

Integrity Homes is for families and homeowners who want a finished, lived-in luxury home without the allowance math of a typical build, as well as for lot owners ready to bring their own land. The portfolio spans transitional and modern farmhouse plans, from compact two-story homes near 2,250 square feet to five-bedroom estates over 3,500, each published with full floor-plan sheets, room dimensions, and interior photography so buyers can study every room before they inquire.

Builds are led by the studio's principals, Rhonda and Joe, who read and answer every inquiry personally. Construction follows a four-stage process, from discovery and design through construction and handover, with high-efficiency HVAC and insulation standard on every home. Beyond custom builds, Integrity Homes develops in named subdivisions throughout the region and welcomes buyers to walk a published plan, then tailor it to their land and their life.
